The Square organizes a bubble-blasting extravaganza every Saturday and Sunday from July 2nd-August 14th featuring 15-minute bubble shows at 2 pm, 4 pm, and 6 pm, face painting, children’s activities, and more.

Guided History Tour of the Jupiter Inlet Lighthuse, Jupiter

This Friday, walk through 5000 years of history at the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse! Join one of our expert guides on a 45-minute tour of the Lighthouse grounds prior to your climb. Exhibits include an early Native American shell mound, Seminole Chickee, Tindall Pioneer Homestead, and Lighthouse Keeper’s Workshop. Guides pause along the path to the Lighthouse as they illuminate our site’s natural, cultural, and military history. Guided tours are included with the price of general admission and are limited in capacity. The tour is offered from 12 pm to 2 pm.

Free Music Fridays – Queen tribute, Boca Raton

Sponsored by The City of Boca Raton, Free Music Fridays is an event open to the public that takes place every Friday from 8 pm to 10 pm. This Friday, it’s Queen tribute with Absolute Queen! A variety of food and beverages will be available for purchase. Bring your own chair or blanket or rent a chair for $5. Doors open at 7 pm, and the performance starts at 8 pm.

Garage Queens – Fierce, Fabulous and Fascinating, Delray Beach

On July 29 from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm, join local South Florida diva, icon, and legend Ariel Rimm – Starring alongside some of South Florida’s most electrifying drag entertainers (Adelaide, Citris, and Angie Ovahness Pryce). 
RiPP LEE is an unconventional drag chameleon who has been performing for over four years, and has been able to showcase their eclectic art throughout Florida, as well as select parts of the US. Over the course of their drag career, RiPP has competed in numerous competitions; winning DRAG ME TO HELL (2019), THE ULTiMATE SHOWDOWN (2020) and PRiDE’S GOT TALENT (2022).

Stephen Marley “Babylon By Bus: Summer Tour”, Jupiter 

Stephen Marley is an award-winning singer, songwriter, and producer. From his solo works to family collaborations and production credits, Stephen Marley’s music has earned him eight Grammy Awards. He is the second eldest son of reggae legend Bob Marley and Rita Marley, raised in Kingston, Jamaica. Stephen started singing professionally at 7 years old with his elder siblings Ziggy, Sharon and Cedella in The Melody Makers. Outdoor Marine Aquarium Feeding, Boca Raton

What is the connection between mangrove and coral reef communities? How do fish use these habitats? Learn about the fascinating behaviors of native fish, stingrays, and other marine life during these free presentations. Meet at the outdoor marine aquariums at the Gumbo Limbo Nature Center. Open to all ages. Children and teens under 18 must participate with an adult.

Sea-Fari – Nights At The Museum, West Palm Beach

On the last Friday of select months, from 6-9 pm, guests of all ages can enjoy extended hours of exploration at the Cox Science Center and Aquarium. Each Night at the Museum is a different theme, which includes various interactive science crafts, activities, exhibits, planetarium shows, and a chance to view the night sky in Palm Beach County’s only public observatory (weather permitting). This Friday, join the Cox Science Center for Sea-Fari, an adventurous under sea exploration. Activities include shark hat craft, coral reef craft & lab, marine mammal memory game, fish origami, planetarium show, mini golf, and more.

Delray Beach Summer GreenMarket, Delray Beach

Established in 1996 by the Community Redevelopment Agency, the Delray Summer GreenMarket takes place each Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm in front of the Cornell Museum of Art at Old School Square, Delray Beach. You’ll find more than 50 vendors featuring a wide variety of farm-to-fork products, such as citrus and juice, farm-fresh eggs, milk and butter, grass-fed Florida beef, poultry, pork and lamb, baked goods, as well as several gluten-free, vegan, and sugar-free products, flowers, and plants.

The Chapters and Wine book club are coming together to bring author Daniel Black to Arts Garage to discuss one of his books: Don’t Cry for Me. Daniel Black will do a reading from his latest book, speak and then audience Q&A followed by a book signing. A Book of the Month club pick, Don’t Cry for Me is named most anticipated book in Essence Magazine, The Millions and Bookish! Don’t Cry for Me chronicles a father’s confession of his failures in this heartbreaking narrative. Jacob makes amends with his gay son through letters written on his deathbed. Sumi-e Brush Making Workshop, Delray Beach

On Saturday, attend a workshop on Sumi-e Brush Making. The tradition of handmade soft brushes has been a unique tool used for calligraphy and sumi-e painting through many dynasties. The origins of brush making can be traced back to five thousand years ago in China. Using any type of hair, palm tree fibers, bamboo, and driftwood, you can make your own brushes by learning simple construction techniques in this workshop. Students will make a basic size brush with bristles approximately 1”in length.
