Nicki Minaj, who has been particularly on the web as of late, has filed a lawsuit towards a vlogger who termed her a cokehead. As TMZ reviews, the rapper has submitted a defamation suit versus Marley Environmentally friendly, who goes by Nosey Heaux on the internet, for a video that she posted on Monday in which she claimed Minaj was “shoving all this cocaine, shoving in all this cocaine up her nose.”
“Allegedly. Thank you. Allegedly. But we all know it is correct,” Environmentally friendly continued in her movie. “Fuck, hear, I can’t even say allegedly with that ’cause I, we all know it’s accurate. I’m not stating allegedly on that. Nicki Minaj is a cokehead.” Minaj’s legal professionals reported that the movie, which seemingly had about 2,000 likes and 250 retweets on Twitter right before the suit was filed, also contained “vile comments” about Minaj’s son.
“When this scenario is more than, she will no longer be permitted to use the title ‘Nosey Heaux’ because we will get her trademark from her when she does not have more than enough revenue to spend the judgment,” Minaj’s attorney Judd Burstein informed TMZ. “Anyone else who spreads lies about Nicki will experience a comparable destiny.” They are trying to find damages of at least $75,000.
