Zainab Zidan and Malachi John gained prizes in Elephant’s LGBTQ+&Inclusion Art Levels of competition, celebrating Delight Month in June (28 June). Zainab won an Elephant Award and Malachi gained second prize, awarded by Kier. Elephant is a magazine, on the web artwork shop and artwork academy with an ethos to encourage every artist. 

Zainab and Malachi have just accomplished their scientific studies on the Stage Up to IT, Artwork and Media programme, operate at Ealing Green Faculty, a single of the 4 faculties that make up West London Faculty.  Following yr Malachi designs to development to Artwork and Design and style Level 1 and Zainab, who would like to be a pharmacist or doctor, designs to development to Applied Science Level 1, but is also considering Journey and Tourism.

Malachi’s artwork, titled ‘You Are Not Alone” depicts a waterfall as a rainbow and signifies absolutely everyone in the LGBTQ+ group. Zainab’s do the job, a collage, is titled ‘Breaking Barriers’.
